We all struggle at times with challenges that may be difficult to overcome on our own. Some circumstances resolve themselves over time, while others may require additional support by a trained professional. Therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can talk openly about your struggles, gain a deeper understanding, and identify solutions.
Each therapy session is designed specifically for you. It offers a space to increase awareness of your thoughts and emotions, identify underlying causes, and learn skills to cope with challenges that arise. However, therapy does not promise an easy or quick fix. It takes time and effort to change your beliefs and behaviors, to restore relationships, and to make positive changes.

Is therapy right for you?

What to Expect
We start with an assessment of your presenting concerns, strengths and needs, and your goals for therapy. We then collaborate with you in formulating a treatment approach that is specific to your concerns.
Sessions typically last between 50-60mins. The frequency and duration of therapy depend on your needs, goals, and progress.
Many concerns can be addressed on a short-term basis, however more chronic or complex concerns may require a longer commitment for improvement to be made.
